Ultimate Eye Health+ Examination | With 3D OCT & Optos Ultrawide Retinal Scans

Comprehensive initial assessment of a child, teenager or young adult developing myopia (short-sightedness) for management to prevent or slow their vision deterioration with our SightControl treatment program.

Includes comprehensive eye examination, ocular biometry (measurement of the eyes' axial length) and corneal topography (eye shape measurement) to assess for suitability of myopia treatment options.

A referral is not required, but if you have a referral from an optometrist please bring this with you as past history is helpful for this assessment.

$140 consultation fee applies for this service, of which up to $66.15 is rebatable from Medicare.

$140 consultation fee applies for this service, of which up to $66.15 is rebatable from Medicare. $50 credit is applied to patients proceeding with OrthoK Treatment Program. Treatment package fees will be discussed with you following a detailed assessment.

Assessment and fitting of contact lenses for a new patient to this practice. You may also need a comprehensive vision and eye health examination if you haven't been tested recently.

Contact lens consultation fees range from $40 per visit (existing wearer) to our $150 New Wearer Package, depending on your case. Medicare rebate may apply for patients with eligible prescriptions.

Dry Eye Management | Assessment

Regular review appointment for a patient wearing OrthoK lenses from this practice.

Our OrthoK treatment packages are inclusive of reviews for the first 12 months. A $50 technology fee applies to patients attending for reviews beyond their first year treatment plan. It is recommended that OrthoK wearers attend a review every 6 months to monitor their lens treatment and eye health. Please note if you do not have Medicare coverage, or you are significantly overdue for your OrthoK review, additional consultation fees will apply.

Orthokeratology (OrthoK) Night Lenses | Review (Current Patient)

Contact lens fitting or review for an existing patient of this practice. If you currently wear contact lenses please wear them when you arrive for your appointment.

Additional fees may apply if you require a more comprehensive vision or eye health assessment.

Contact Lens Appointment (Current Patient)

Initial assessment of keratoconus & other conditions of corneal irregularity. If required, specialty corrective lens options including RGP, hybrid lenses and scleral lenses will be discussed.

Includes comprehensive eye examination, imaging and corneal topography and tomography scans.

Consultation fee of $160 applies for this assessment. Medicare rebate available pending on your eligibility.

Keratoconus · Scleral Lenses · Hybrid Lenses | Assessment

Comprehensive eye test including sight test & eye health examination. Please select this option if you are an existing patient at our clinic. Total consultation fee may change if additional eye scans are clinically necessary following assessment by our optometrist.
