Our most detailed & advanced comprehensive vision test and eye health assessment including 3D-OCT optic nerve and macula scans, and Optos 200° ultra-widefield laser retinal scans.

These tests are recommended for patients concerned about their eye health and those with higher risks of eye conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and retinal detachment; family history of eye diseases, high myopia and diabetes.

Consultation fee of $150 applies for this appointment. Medicare rebate available pending on your eligibility.

Ultimate Eye Health+ Examination

Comprehensive initial assessment of a child, teenager or young adult developing myopia (short-sightedness) for options to prevent or slow their vision deterioration with our SightControl treatment program.

Includes comprehensive eye examination, ocular biometry (measurement of the eyes' axial length) and corneal topography (eye shape measurement).

A referral is not required, but if you have a referral from an optometrist please bring this with you as past history is helpful for this assessment.

$125 consultation fee applies for this service, of which up to $60 is rebatable from Medicare.

SightControl Myopia Management | Assessment

Initial assessment for suitability of OrthoK night-wear contact lenses.

Includes comprehensive eye examination, imaging, biometry and corneal topography.

$125 consultation fee applies for this service, of which up to $60 is rebatable from Medicare. Credit is applied to patients proceeding with OrthoK Treatment Program. Treatment package fees will be discussed with you following a detailed assessment.

Orthokeratology (OrthoK) | Assessment

Visual field test for the assessment of peripheral vision when referred or advised by an optometrist or medical professional. For a new patient please bring your referral letter to your appointment.

Bulk Billing is available for this test (if eligible under Medicare).

Visual Field Test

Annual eye examination for a patient with diabetes.

Please allow 45 minutes as dilating eye drops will be used and we advise not to drive immediately afterwards as you may experience blurred vision from the eye drops.

Diabetic Eye Examination

Comprehensive eye test including sight test & eye health examination. Please select this option if you are a new patient at our clinic.

Standard Eye Test | New Patient

Assessment and fitting of contact lenses for a new patient to this practice. You may also need a comprehensive vision and eye health examination if you haven't been tested recently.

Contact lens consultation fees range from $40 per visit (existing wearer) to our $180 New Wearer Package including consultations and 1 month supply of daily disposable lenses. Medicare rebate may apply for patients with eligible prescriptions.

Contact Lens Assessment | New Patient

Initial comprehensive assessment, ocular surface imaging and treatment of dry eye conditions.

Consultation fee from $160 applies for this appointment. Dry eye treatment options and fees will be discussed with you during the assessment. Medicare rebate available pending on your eligibility.

Advanced Dry Eye Management | Assessment

Review appointment for a patient wearing OrthoK lenses from this practice. This appointment type is only available Monday to Friday.

Our OrthoK treatment packages are inclusive of reviews for the first 12 months. A $50 consultation fee applies to patients attending for reviews beyond their first year treatment plan.

Orthokeratology (OrthoK) | Review

Contact lens fitting or review for an existing patient of this practice. If you currently wear contact lenses please wear them when you arrive for your appointment.

Contact lens consultation fees typically $40 per visit. Medicare rebate may apply for patients with eligible prescriptions.

Contact Lens Test | Previous Patient

Initial assessment of keratoconus & other conditions of corneal irregularity. If required, specialty corrective lens options including RGP, hybrid lenses and scleral lenses will be discussed.

Includes comprehensive eye examination, imaging and corneal topography and tomography scans.

Consultation fee of $125 applies for this assessment. Medicare rebate available pending on your eligibility.
